Harvest notes

Harvest in the first days of September. As soon as possible the path of the grapes to the cellar and pressing overnight. Shorter maceration of undamaged strawberries at low temperature. The grapes are nurtured in a nature-friendly way, are strictly selected and are picked exclusively by hand.

Vinification

Fermentation was started by indigenous yeasts that were present on the berry skin. Shorter maceration contributes to a more pronounced muscat aroma. The fermentation took place at a controlled, low temperature, in steel tanks with cooled coats.

Ageing

After typification, the wine matures in refrigerated stainless steel tanks and waits to be bottled just before sale.

It's not a fair player. Served before other wines, it gives them no option. Ideal for finishing dinner and starting the night.
